Email contact@smartnesshome.com with the app name, app version, device and OS version, the steps you took and what happened. Remove sensitive information from screenshots. Never send passwords, authentication codes or vault keys.

Before contacting support

Check permissions in system settings, available storage and the app’s platform limitations. Back up important content before reinstalling. Reinstallation may lose local data.

Product limitations

On-device speech requires a supported device, language and downloaded system resources. No cloud fallback is used. Automatic language-model rewriting is not installed. Audio files remain local; explicit encrypted backups are available.
