This policy describes how SmartnessHome handles information on the website smartnesshome.com (the "Site"), and where to find the privacy policy of each of our applications.

The short version: this Site has no accounts, no forms, and sets no advertising or analytics trackers. Our apps are built local-first — what you do in them stays on your device.

1. Data collected by this Site

The Site is a static website. We do not run analytics or advertising scripts on it, and it does not use cookies. Like virtually every website, the servers that host the Site produce standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) used solely to operate and secure the service.

2. Data handled by our applications

Each application has its own privacy policy — the authoritative document for what that app does with data:

Common to all of them: no account is required, and your content (food journal, health records, portfolio, reading preferences, questions) is stored on your device rather than on our servers. The apps are free and supported by advertising served by Google AdMob; depending on the app and your settings, advertising may rely on standard advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID). See each app's policy for the advertising partners involved and for how to reset or limit these identifiers in your device settings.

3. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. This Site does not sell or share personal information. For the applications, advertising identifiers used for ad delivery may qualify as "sharing" under California law; each app's privacy policy explains the opt-out available (including limiting ad tracking at the device level). 4. Children's privacy

Our Site and applications are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Each application states its own minimum age in its store listing and terms — 13 and over at the very least, and higher for some apps (16+ or 18+).

5. Data retention

The Site keeps no user data beyond standard, short-lived server logs. In the apps, your content lives on your device: deleting the app (or clearing its data) deletes it. See Delete Account & Data.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
