These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website smartnesshome.com (the "Site"), operated by SmartnessHome ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site presents the mobile applications published by SmartnessHome and links to their stores and their own websites. Our applications are currently distributed on Google Play under the developer name "BVA Group". The Site itself does not require an account and does not sell anything.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Other product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
