4. Our applications

SMARTNESS HOME publishes the following mobile applications, offered in the United States: GetMyNews: Daily World News, Kalo.Quest: Calorie Counter, Holdtotal: Crypto Portfolio, Vaxnext: Vaccine Tracker and Arcane78: Tarot Card Reading. They are currently distributed on Google Play under the developer name "BVA Group". Each application has its own website with its own terms, privacy policy and legal notice; use of the applications is also governed by our End User License Agreement. Easy Mart is a free English-language meal-planning app intended for adult U.S. residents, being prepared for iOS and Android release. Its home page, privacy policy, terms of use, local-storage policy, publisher notice and support page are hosted here. This release uses optional rewarded videos only; normal use remains available without watching. Plans and preferences are local, with optional on-device reminders and user-initiated sharing. The Bottle: Flip Rings Land, a game for iPhone and Android, is not published on a store yet either and likewise has no website of its own: its privacy policy and support page are hosted here, and it has no terms of its own — the End User License Agreement governs its use.

GetMyNews is the one application with optional member accounts and member-published content: stories, comments, a fact-checking jury of members and creator payouts. Reading needs no account. Its own legal pages govern that application and prevail over this site's general pages: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Your Data & Choices (data download, account deletion, ad choices), Content Policy, Copyright (DMCA) Policy and Legal Notice. Its publisher is the SMARTNESS HOME identified in section 1; as its Terms state, payments to its creators may be administered by BVA LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. 5. Data protection

This website sets no advertising or analytics trackers and uses no cookies. In our applications other than GetMyNews, your content stays on your device and is not collected by us; the only personal data processed is the advertising identifier and device data handled by Google AdMob for advertising, for which Google acts as an independent controller — see our Privacy Policy and each application's own policy. GetMyNews members' account data (e-mail address and sign-in method, profile, published content and activity, devices, IP addresses kept 30 days, creator payout details and, for verified-badge applicants, identity documents, both encrypted) is processed by SMARTNESS HOME on its servers, as described in GetMyNews's privacy policy.

Applicable privacy law: our website and applications are offered in the United States only, and are handled under U.S. state privacy law — the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and its equivalents in other states. Outside GetMyNews, we run no server-side processing of user content and carry out no monitoring of our own; GetMyNews's member content is hosted and moderated as its Content Policy describes.
