Email contact@smartnesshome.com with the app name, app version, device and OS version, the steps you took and what happened. Remove sensitive information from screenshots. Never send passwords, authentication codes or vault keys.

Before contacting support

Check permissions in system settings, available storage and the app’s platform limitations. Back up important content before reinstalling. Reinstallation may lose local data.

Product limitations

Core Motion uses one device pedometer source. Missing and denied readings are never shown as verified zero. Recent history availability depends on the device. HealthKit/Watch integration is not included. Android shows foreground interval counts, not verified day totals.
