Email contact@smartnesshome.com with the app name, app version, device and OS version, the steps you took and what happened. Remove sensitive information from screenshots. Never send passwords, authentication codes or vault keys.

Before contacting support

Check permissions in system settings, available storage and the app’s platform limitations. Back up important content before reinstalling. Reinstallation may lose local data.

Product limitations

Import only audio and lyrics you own or are licensed to use. Format support depends on the device decoder. No streaming or lyric scraping. Background playback, routes and system controls depend on native platform capabilities.
