Email contact@smartnesshome.com with the app name, app version, device and OS version, the steps you took and what happened. Remove sensitive information from screenshots. Never send passwords, authentication codes or vault keys.

Before contacting support

Check permissions in system settings, available storage and the app’s platform limitations. Back up important content before reinstalling. Reinstallation may lose local data.

Product limitations

Scanner, OCR and in-app PDF editing require supported iOS native capabilities. Android includes portable PDF tools. Office files open for preview or in a compatible app. Original files are preserved by output-copy operations.
